The future of this blog

As the title suggests, this post is going to be a bit of an intro to what’s going to happen with this blog, and my inspiration for doing so. I’m going to update this blog Mon/Wed/Fri if it kills me. The reason I’m doing this is because without that motivation, I simply won’t. I need to start writing more. I’m starting to lose the ability to record my thoughts in text. I do keep a journal, sorta, but I probably haven’t written in it for two months. Lemme check. *runs off to check journal* Ah, I was wrong. Been three months. So obviously there’s no accountability there. So I turn to you, my readers and friends. I expect you to keep me accountable to my promise of updating Mon/Wed/Fri. But don’t start bugging me until after 1900 on the day of expected release, since that’s when I’ll be posting my updates.

So anyway, this is the inspiration for my wanting to update this blog regularly. This guy, James Kennison, decided he’s going to post a new piece of art depicting Buzz Lightyear every day for the foreseeable future, and by gosh he’s doing it. I have no idea how, because he has a full-time job as a children’s pastor, AND about five to six podcasts he updates regularly as well. The dude might be insane. But he’s inspired me to be more motivated in general. So that’s good.

But yeah, hold me to my promise. Ciao.

So I guess this wasn’t really discussing much of where this blog will be going as much as just me saying I’m going to keep it going. I’m can’t tell you where the blog is going because I honestly don’t know for sure yet. So stay tuned! :)

By the way, the songs/albums I post at the bottom of the blog are recommendations. Not paid ads. Yet. But yeah, check ’em out.
